For orders under $100 USD, our shipping cost is very modest at just $9.95 USD to anywhere in the world.

All art is custom made to order just for you. Once your product has finished production, the package will be shipped out and a tracking number will be provided to keep you updated on the package shipment progress.

Shipping times are typically between 8-15 business days from the time you place the order until the time you receive your beautiful new art. In rare cases, packages can get held up at customs or delayed during the delivery process which can delay delivery an additional 1-2 weeks. If you have not received your order within one month of your order date, please contact us.

We also offer DHL Express Shipping, with worldwide shipping times between 5-7 business days. The cost of this expedited service is calculated at checkout.

Covid-19 Update: Global freight and package delivery is mostly back to normal, but some logistics channels are still constrained, which varies from country to country. Some delays in package delivery may therefore be possible based on government shutdowns and restrictions.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All of our products are custom made to order, and we get to work right after your order is placed. We normally complete and ship items out within 48-72 hours. 

For Continental USA orders of this product, we use Free 2-Day shipping for all orders.

For International Orders, total Production & Shipping time is between 8-15 business days from the time you place the order until the time you receive your beautiful new art.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been placed. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at support@multipanelart.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. In order to complete your return, please contact us at support@multipanelart.com and follow the instructions given to you by our team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.

In the rare circumstance that you product arrives damaged, we will help you replace it as quickly as possible. Please send us an email at support@multipanelart.com providing us with images of the damaged item(s).

Can I cancel my order?

Because we work quickly to ship out your order, and since every order is custom made, it unfortunately cannot be amended or canceled once you've placed it. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.
