To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
How to complete your return:

2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days, less any applicable shipping fees.
While we are always happy to work with you to create your perfect custom artwork, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns on any custom orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Order
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Please take a clear photo of your order and email us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have verified the issue, we will send you a replacement order right away.
Please note that if more than 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your package, we unfortunately will not be able to process a refund.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or canceled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your shipping address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

If your item has not arrived within 30 business days after you placed your order, please contact our support team at email@example.com and we will swiftly take care of the situation.
